Joaquín García

Detained on November 19, 2015 after the arrest of Kevin Garrido after the attack on the prison training school. Police say they have been under investigation for months.

Joaquín was convicted of the explosive attack against the 12 police station in San Miguel, accused under the arms control law. After remaining in prison, he was able to access house arrest from where he escaped later to be captured in September 2016, carrying a revolver and ammunition, returning to preventive detention.

Konstantinos "Dinos" Giagtzoglou

Anarchist comrade Konstantinos Giagtzoglou was arrested on October 28th 2017, while exiting a hideout rented by him under a false identity and while transferring guns and explosive materials. Ntinos is accused of being a member of the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire and for sending parcel bombs to various E.U. officials including the former prime minister of Greece, Loukas Papadimos. The cops’ accusations are based on a mixed DNA sample and on the fact that Ntinos was visiting a former anarchist prisoner in Korydallos prison in early 2013.

John Paul Wootton

John Paul Wootton is a vegan anarchist prisoner and IWW/IWOC member, wrongfully convicted of the murder of a police officer in the "Craigavon 2" case, after a trial before a "Diplock" court, a secret military court with no jury. The case has been supported as a miscarriage of justice by high profile campaigners, legal experts & human rights activists.

Giuseppe Bruna

Arrested on May 21st 2019 and facing charges from Operation Prometheus. Acquitted in October 2021.

Was tried for another direct action and got 5 years that in July 2022 were commutated to 1 year in prison. Was on house arrest since November 2021.

Operation Prometheus

On May 21, 2019, three anarchists were arrested in the context of a repressive operation called “Prometheus” and carried out by the ROS carabinieri. Some searches have also been carried out. The main accusation is of “attack with terrorist or subversive purposes”, as they were held responsible for sending three bomb packages arrived in June 2017 to the p. m.

Tommaso "Tommy" Fontana

On April 5, 2019 in Cremona, Tommy was arrested. He is an anarchist who tried to resist a police arrest under the house of a fascist (who in the previous days had put himself on display with some cowardly provocations). A police car was smashed during the episode. On April 10, the sentence was pronounced by the Cremona court: one year, eight months and ten days of imprisonment for charges of “resistance, aggravated damage, injuries, threats and outrage”.
