Brendan McConville

Brendan McConville is an Irish Republican socialist prisoner wrongfully convicted of the murder of a police officer in the "Craigavon 2" case, after a trial before a "Diplock" court, a secret military court with no jury. The case has been supported as a miscarriage of justice by high-profile campaigners, legal experts & human rights activists. The prosecution used discredited witnesses, inconclusive forensics, and tampered evidence to secure a conviction that does not stand up to scrutiny.

John Paul Wootton

John Paul Wootton is a vegan anarchist prisoner and IWW/IWOC member, wrongfully convicted of the murder of a police officer in the "Craigavon 2" case, after a trial before a "Diplock" court, a secret military court with no jury. Juan Tapia Olivares

Juan Tapia is an ex-Lautarista or former member of the Lautaro Popular and Rebel Forces (named after a young Mapuche leader of indigenous resistance). In March 1993, he was wounded in an ambush by the Carabineros Police Intelligence Directorate, while meeting with other comrades to plan a robbery. In the same action, Norma Vergara Cáceres was killed by agents of DIPOLCAR. In 1997, he managed to get out on bail in order to resume his life. 

Ahmad Sa’adat (Abu Ghassan)

Ahmad is the imprisoned General Secretary of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, a Palestinian national liberation movement leader and a symbol of the international left and revolutionary movements. Ahmad is a Palestinian, Arab and international symbol of resistance to capitalism, racism, apartheid and colonization. He is the child of refugees expelled from their home in the village of Deir Tarif, near Ramleh, in 1948. A math teacher by training, he is married to Able Sa'adat, herself a noted activist, and is the father of four children.

Legal Case

Mikita Yemelyanau

Mikita is an anarchist from Minsk, detained on October 19th, 2019 with Ivan Komar on suspicion of the attempt to set fire to Minsk pretrial detention centre (article 295-3 “Illegal actions with combustible substances” and article 344 “Intentional destruction or damage of historical and cultural values”) in solidarity with Dzmitry Palijenka, who was kept there under arrest at that time.

Juan Flores Riquelme

Juan is serving a sentence of 23 years, having been arrested on September 18, 2014 and charged with incendiary attacks on police stations in 2014 claimed by the Conspiracy Cells of Fire and International Conspiracy of Revenge. On July 23, 2014 a CCF cell bombed "The Dominicans" station of the Santiago Metro, and on September 8, 2014 a shopping mall in Las Condes.

Andreas Krebs

Our friend and companion Andreas is currently imprisoned in Berlin (Germany) at JVA Tegel.
Since his imprisonment in Germany Andreas has been known as a rebellious prisoner.
In April 2019 he was sentenced in Italy to 24 years in jail. Since March 2023 he is back in German prison system.

Anna Beniamino

Anna was arrested on September 6, 2016 as part of Operation Scripta Manent, and sentenced to 17 years. On appeal, her sentence was reduced to 16 years and 6 months.

Davide Delogu

Davide is an anarchist from Sardinia. He was arrested in 2010 and sentenced to 18 years in prison on charges of theft and attempted homicide allegedly of someone who was trying to stop him from leaving the scene of a robbery. In 2011 made an unsuccessful attempt to run away from prison and has another case started because of it. On May 1, 2017 made another attempt to escape from prison, but failed again. He was put in isolation for half a year, and the anarchist went on hunger strike.
